As a proud mother of two boys with dual certifications in pregnancy and postpartum fitness, I specialize in supporting individuals through every stage of life, particularly the transformative journey of motherhood. Outside the gym, my love for nature and adventures with my boys and golden retriever complements my passion for fitness. Whether camping by the lake or enjoying the serenity of yoga, my mission is to inspire and empower you to unlock your boundless potential through carefully crafted fitness programs. During this pivotal period, I will guide you in nurturing your body and provide expert insights on the most beneficial movements to support your healing & recovery.

C-Section Recovery
 

This program is designed to aid in returning to exercise by adding more mobility and core recovery all in one.

Progressive Overload
