Outside of the gym, you can often find me hiking and going on adventures with my boys and our golden retriever. Whether we're camping by the lake or casting lines by the river, nature holds a special place in my heart, and it's where I feel most alive. I also enjoy the serenity of yoga, the freedom of running and the power of spin classes.
