Is it safe to exercise during pregnancy?Yes, exercising during pregnancy can be safe and beneficial. It is recommended to have a minimum of 150 minutes of moderate intensity exercise per week. However, it's crucial to consult with your healthcare provider before starting any exercise program. A certified prenatal fitness trainer can help design safe and effective workouts tailored to your specific needs during pregnancy.

What if I am new to fitness, can I still join your program?Absolutely! My programs are designed to accommodate all fitness levels, even if your just beginning your fitness journey. For 1:1 coaching I will customize workouts to match your current fitness level and gradually progress as you become more comfortable. Pre-designed programs are created to build strength with minimal risk and impact.

Are you workouts suitable for postpartum women?Yes, I offer a specialized postpartum fitness programs designed to support your recovery journey. These workouts focus on rebuilding core strength, pelvic floor health, and overall fitness, helping you regain strength and confidence after childbirth.

Can I start exercising immediately after birth?It's essential to get approval from your healthcare provider before resuming exercise postpartum. In general, most women can start with breathing, light mobility work and walking soon after childbirth. However, more intense workouts should be approached gradually.

Do I need special equipment for your programs?My 1:1 coaching programs are designed to be flexible and can be adapted to your available equipment or space. As for my prenatal programs a set of dumbbells, resistance bands and a stability ball are a must have. Those items can be purchased at almost any department store or online.
